真空攪拌機是本司參照國際先進同類產品，並結合我國肉製品加工特點，研製開發的。該機能使物料攪拌均勻、無氣泡、彈性好,是同類產品中首先設備。

整機採用不銹鋼材料製作，堅固耐用，易於清洗。

可設定真空度，真空效果好，可使物料在真空狀態下攪拌，減少氣泡產生，減少肉料變質機會。

採用平行雙軸螺旋結構，裝有斜板槳葉及螺旋推進攪拌圈，攪拌均勻。
